Ingredients

  • 1 cup edamame beans
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Place edamame and water in a pan and bring to a boil.

 

2. Remove edamame from water and drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.
