Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the go with this overnight oats recipe. Simply put the ingredients in a jar in the fridge overnight and grab a spoon the next morning. This recipe can also double as a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup kefir
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Layer ingredients in a 16-ounce mason jar, close the lid, and refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, remove the jar from the fridge and give it a quick stir. 

Yields 1 serving.
