Avocado adds a thick and creamy consistency to this smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup cubed, raw butternut squash
  • 2 scoops whey protein
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Directions

In a blender process all ingredients until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
