Cabbage Patch Greens

Made with spinach, one of the top nutrient-rich greens, and cucumber, whose alkalizing and detoxifying properties are well known, this drink is packed with nutrients. This juice is also filled with some of the most powerful antioxidants found in cruciferous veggies, thanks to its ulcer-relieving, bad-cholesterol-lowering green cabbage and broccoli.


  • 1/4 wedge green cabbage, cut into chunks
  • 2 stalks broccoli, cut into chunks
  • 1 cucumber, cut into chunks
  • large handful spinach leaves
  • small handful parsley
  • small handful basil leaves


Juice the cabbage, broccoli and cucumber.


Roll the spinach, parsley, and basil into a ball and run them through the juicer.


Pour into a glass and drink up.
