Caesar Salad Dressing

You can beat your bloat by simply adding probiotics, such as kefir, into your daily meals. This caesar salad dressing is not only delicious but contains a healthy dose of kefir to keep your gut happy and your belly flat throughout the day. 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain kefir
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • freshly ground pepper
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

1. In a small bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined.

 

2. Let the dressing sit for 10 minutes before using so the flavors can come together.

 

3. Serve over romaine leaves and top with your favorite croutons.
