There are 25 grams of (healthy) fat per serving in this tasty smoothie. The high fat content helps fill you up and get rid of cravings in-between meals. This drink can easily be a meal replacement or a great post-workout protein snack. 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 3 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
