The next time you’re craving something sweet – try this great healthy option!
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in carob powder, sugar substitute and vanilla. Drop the dough in tablespoon-sized drops on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until solid, enjoy!
