Ingredients

  • 1 lb sweet potatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup vanilla
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 5 pebbles allspice

Directions

Combine ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.



Makes 12 servings.
