Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 10 large black olives
  • 1 tsp salt-free Italian seasoning
  • 6 rye crackers

Directions

Mix the cottage cheese, bell peppers, olives and Italian seasoning.

Serve with crackers.
