Chicken Bone Broth

Bone broth is great to use as a stock for your favorite soups or to eat by itself as a low-calorie snack. Try out this simple, Whole30-approved recipe to make it yourself from leftover rotisserie chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken bones
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 10 cups water

Directions

1. Use chicken bones from your rotisserie chicken. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker. Add in water. 

 

2. Cook on low-medium for 12 hours. Clear off any debris that may be floating on top once everything starts to cook. 

 

3. Strain broth into containers and use to make soup or to snack on. Store in the freezer if not using immediately.
