Chicken Taco

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup canned corn
  • 2 tbsp black beans
  • 2 romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes


Sauté the ground chicken until the meat is thoroughly cooked through. Assemble the chicken, black beans, tomatoes, lettuce and canned corn into the whole wheat tortilla serve up and enjoy!
