Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • pinch granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions

In a microwave-safe mug, mash banana until smooth. 

 

Add peanut butter and mix until smooth.

 

Add sugar, egg and cocoa powder and combine until all ingredients are completely mixed. 

 

Place in microwave and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
