Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • raspberries (optional)
  • hemp seeds (optional)

Directions

1. In a blender, process the milk, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, and ice until smooth and creamy.

 

2. Top with raspberries and chia seeds.
