This treat is low in sugar but high in healthy fats, fiber and protein.
- 1 cup natural peanut butter with no added sugar or corn syrup
- 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
In a food processor, blend peanut butter with almond milk until smooth. Add avocado, cocoa powder, banana and honey and blend until very smooth. Scrape into bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
