Chris Powell's Grilled Shrimp Pasta With Asparagus

Asaparagus in particular is a great vegetable to help flush your digestive system and give good bacteria back to your gut. 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz grilled shrimp
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice pasta
  • 1 cup steamed asparagus
  • spray butter, to taste

Directions

1. Coat the bottom of a pan with a small amount of olive oil and grill shrimp until fully pink. 

 

2. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and put in the asaparagus. Set heat to low and put top on. Steam for 5-8 minutes. 

 

3. Cook brown rice pasta according to package directions. Combine shrimp, asparagus, and pasta in a bowl. Add spray butter to taste and enjoy.
