Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water

Directions

2. Blend in oatmeal for a hearty shake.
