  • 3/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • coconut oil spray
  • 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

1. Pop kernels on the stove with 2 teaspoons unrefined coconut oil.

Put the kernels in a clean paper lunch bag and place in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or until most of the popcorn has popped!

2. Once your popcorn is popped, add to a large bowl and lightly spray the popcorn with the coconut oil spray until all popcorn is coated.

3. Carefully sprinkle all the popcorn with cinnamon and sea salt!

Bonus: If you’d like, you can add a small amount of coconut sugar, sweetened coconut or a natural sweetener.
