Ingredients

  • 1 serving chocolate protein shake mix
  • 1 serving fiber blend
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 8-10 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Thin with additional cold water if desired.
