- 1 large cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1 small clove garlic
1. Throw ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Chill soup in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
