Corn Salsa

Corn salsa can replace other high-calorie dips and you’re guaranteed to cut calories without even trying.  Spicy foods also make you more full and satisfied. This recipe is brought to you by the experts at Canyon Ranch. 

Ingredients

  • canola oil cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 tbsp diced tomato
  • 1 diced red onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 3/4 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp minced seeded jalapeño
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 pinch coarse salt

Directions

Combine ingredients in a frying pan over medium heat.

Stir for five minutes until corn is golden brown. 

Serve and enjoy!
