Swap out your bread for cucumbers instead. Cucumbers are wet carbs, meaning they have a high water and fiber content. This perfect combination makes it the best lunch to help beat constipation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumbers
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 3 slices of turkey deli meat

Directions

1. Cut the cucmber in half lengthwise. Carve out the inside to make it hollow. 

 

2. Place the meat and cheese inside and enjoy!
