Cut a carb craving in 10 minutes or less with this simple recipe from dietitian Ashley Koff. Popcorn itself is packed with fiber, making you feel fuller, longer, but adding in hemp seeds and coconut oil makes this snack loaded with good fats, protein, and magnesium, as well. 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp organic popcorn (enough to make two cups)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

1. Pop organic popcorn in a brown paper bag. 

 

2. Put the popcorn in a large bowl and add the coconut oil and hemp seeds. 

 

3. Mix together and enjoy. 

 

Makes about two cups.
