One of Donovan Green's favorite on-the-go snacks is this triple-berry smoothie, which is rich in anthocyanins: the antioxidants that give berries their rich color. If you're too busy to cook a full meal, take 10 minutes to blend up this liquid lunch or snack that will keep you energized for the rest of the day.
- 4 strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low until smooth. Pour into a glass or tumbler and enjoy.
