This frozen dessert is super simple and takes just four ingredients to make. It's a healthy substitute for ice cream, and it doesn't skimp on delicious, creamy flavor.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on the low setting.
2. Bring setting up to high and use the pusher to press bannas into the blender blade.
3. Use a large spoon to scoop ice cream out of the blender and serve.
