This smoothie provides a lot of antioxidants to the body to help fight off unwanted illness. The turmeric and ginger in this smoothie contain anti-inflammatory properties, which helps soothe and protect the body. The mango is a great source of vitamin C, which enables our bodies to produce the antibodies necessary to keep us healthy. Unsweetened almond milk provides germ-fighting cells through vitamin E. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp unpeeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp unpeeled fresh turmeric
  • ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
