Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 splash skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Directions

Spray a nonstick pan with olive oil spray. Whip the eggs with milk, then add to the pan and scramble with cheese and black pepper until light and fluffy. Top with fresh-cut tomatoes and wrap in a whole-wheat tortilla.
