Ingredients

  • 1 oz cold water
  • 1-inch slice fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients into cold water. Add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
