Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 banana, sliced

Directions

1. In a cereal bowl, combine all ingredients. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Note: On the go, combine all ingredients in a sealed container to eat later, either hot or cold.
