Dr. Mark Hyman’s MCT Oil Pancakes

Cut your sugar cravings in the morning by adding MCT oil to your breakfast. MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides which are the fuel your cells that your brain likes the most and they help to stop cravings. 


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana


1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth to create the batter. 


2. Pour batter in 1/4-cup increments onto a well-greased, non-stick griddle and heat until bubble form. Flip once and cook for a minute or two on the other side. 


3. Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey if desired. Enjoy!
