Dr. Petrucci's Smoked Salmon Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 slices flax,oat bran & whole wheat lavash
  • 3 tbsp full fat cream cheese
  • 6 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 2 tsp capers

Directions

Spread 1 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese on each lavash.

Top with salmon, onions, and optionally capers.

Roll up wrap and cut in half.
