Makes 2 (2 1/2 cup) servings
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, frozen
- 6 medium strawberries, hulled fresh or thawed frozen
- 2 cups non-fat milk
- 1 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup unsalted almonds
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
