Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (your choice)
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened raw cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Blend until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
