According to the USDA, one ounce of chia seeds contains 11 grams of dietary fiber, 4 grams of protein and 18% of the daily recommended intake of calcium. A quarter cup of chia seeds is equivalent to 1.4 ounces.
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced watermelon
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops protein powder
Blend ingredients until smooth.
