- 1 serving whey protein isolate
- 1/2 cup plain goat yogurt
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée on high speed until smooth.
