Goji Berry Coconut Shake

Goji berries are antioxidant-rich and high in vitamin C, while coconut is packed with fiber and iron. Together, they make a powerhouse smoothie that is great to snack on throughout the day. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth. 

Yields 2 cups.
