Healthy Turkey Meatloaf

Just because you are cutting down on saturated fats doesn't mean you have to cut out your favorite meals! Update a classic meatloaf by substituting ground turkey breast for ground beef.

  • 2 lbs ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder and/or fresh chopped garlic


Mix all ingredients together, put it in a loaf pan.

Bake at 375 degrees F for about 40-50 minutes or until the middle is cooked through.
