Healthy Red Sangria

Cut down on your calories with this healthier version of a red sangria. The tart cherries help keep the sugar intake down, and they have melatonin, which helps promote a good night's sleep.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups cherries
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 1/2 cups red grapes

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients, mix, and enjoy!
