Bloat-Busting Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp honey

Directions

1. Add ingredients to blender. Nutmeg and honey are optional, add to taste.

 

2. Mix in blender until smooth.
