Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hulled barley, cooked
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well to combine.
