Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 no-calorie sweetener packet
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
  • 1 chopped medium apple
  • 1/4 cup bran cereal
  • 1/2 oz almonds or pistachios

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix sweetener (optional) and cinnamon into yogurt. Top with fruit, cereal and nuts!
