Detox your system with this low-sugar smoothie. It’s full of dark berries and kale, which keeps the smoothie low in sugar and high in fiber so you can break down the food in your stomach. The cinnamon will also help cure your sweet tooth, saving you from a sugar binge later in the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp ground flax meal
  • 1 tbsp avocado flesh
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coconut water

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients together, blend, and enjoy!
