Instead of fruit punch or soda, reach for a glass of this thirst-quenching iced tea. Substitue sugar for stevia extract to cut down on calories and add a boost of flavor with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 4 tea bags
  • 1/3-1/2 tsp stevia extract, to taste
  • 3 lemon slices

Directions

1. Brew your favorite tea per package directions. Pour into a glass pitcher and let cool.

 

2. Add stevia to taste and garnish with fresh fruit like lemon slices. Serve chilled.
