- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup veggies (your choice)
1. Scramble eggs in a pan until fully cooked.
2. Add in one cup of non-starchy veggies of your choice.
3. Serve with one slice of whole-grain toast, one orange, or one grapefruit.
