Juice Pulp Guacamole With Flax Seed Crackers

You can use the leftover pulp from your juicer to make creamy guacamole. Avocados are filled with good fats that promote a healthy heart. Combine this heart healthy fruit with fiber-rich pulp to boost your health and keep you satisfied throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • leftover veggie juice pulp (leftover from the morning juice
  • lemon juice, as needed
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tomato, diced

Directions

1. Mash up the avocado into a bowl.

 

2. Dice the tomatoes and add to the avocado.

 

3. Combine in the lemon juice, salt, and pulp.

 

4. Serve with 1 serving of flax seed crackers, to scoop.
