Leftover Almond Butter Oats

If you're almost done with your jar of almond butter, don't toss it! Make it into breakfast for tomorrow morning with this quick and easy overnight oats recipe. Just grab and go and you'll be fueled for the day ahead!

Ingredients

  • 1 can almond butter
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 ripe mashed banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in the almond butter jar and shake well.

 

2. Place in the fridge to sit overnight. Let ingredients soak for at least two hours.

 

3. In the morning, mix well before eating and add additional toppings if desired.
