Official Bite Club member Eslyn shared her roasted chicken recipe on The Dr. Oz Show. The reason it tastes so moist and delicious? The skin! Eslyn always makes sure to use chicken breasts with the skin on for a more hearty and delicious dinnertime meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halved, with skin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

1. Preheat oven to broil.

 

2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a broiler pan.

 

3. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes (10-15 minutes on each side).
