Your Brain Bowl will soon have its star ingredient--a lemon tahini herb sauce. This recipe is an absolute keeper.  

 

Recipe by Dr. Ayesha Sherzai, a neurologist and co-director of The Brain Health & Alzheimer's Prevention Program at Cedars-Sinai

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt, or to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving with the Brain Bowl
