Leos rule the summer and citrus fruits so this refreshing breakfast bowl can brighten, rejuvenate, and awaken your body from the inside out. Plus, the ingredients can help with your digestive process. 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 orange
  • 1/4 grapefruit
  • optional toppings: coconut flakes, walnuts, banana, honey, orange, grapefruit

Directions

1. Blend ingredients until smooth. Spoon yogurt mixture into a bowl and top with any and all of the optional toppings.
