Ingredients

  • 3 oz grass-fed hanger steak
  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 1 lime
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp grated salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 sliced apple
  • toasted coconut

Directions

1. Sear the hanger steak to your preference. 

2. In a big bowl, mix the quinoa, avocado, cherry tomatoes, coconut oil, cilantro, scotch bonnet pepper, and ginger together. 

3. Top it off with lime, toasted coconut, salt, and pepper, to taste.
