Pico de gallo is a fat-burning condiment that can help you stay slim and trim this summer. Mix pico with yogurt to create a creamy dressing, sandwich spread, or dip for the season. 

Ingredients

  • 17 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pico de gallo or salsa

Directions

1. Mix yogurt and pico together in a bowl until combined. 

 

2. Spread on top of a sandwich, add to a salad, or serve with veggie sticks as a dip.
